Student-Driven AI Policy Recommendations

This zine presents ten policy recommendations co-developed by students through a participatory workshop series. Findings from our research highlight the need for safe spaces to discuss AI practices and suggest that student-authored policies can clarify expectations and support more purposeful AI use.

What is a zine?

A zine (short for "fanzine") is a self-published, small-circulation publication that often features creative, personal, or alternative content. Zines have a rich history in DIY culture, activism, and community organizing, serving as accessible platforms for sharing ideas, art, and perspectives outside mainstream media channels.
